An MBC report in September 2011 announced that she would leave the show in October after approximately one year and five months. Her agency cited overseas commitments and named the Japanese musical production 200 Pounds Beauty among her forthcoming projects.

The episode introduced Lee Yoon-seon's decision to leave a busy clothing business in Dongdaemun. MBC's advance report described this as Gyuri's first documentary narration and placed it alongside her ongoing work as a radio DJ.

At the production announcement she said the film had moved her and she wanted to convey its appeal on stage. The production team reported that, at the 6 November closing matinee with Sungje, she encouraged audience applause during Maria and became emotional while thanking Osaka at the curtain call.

The limited A edition included its music video, a making-of film, and a 28-page photo book. A later official report from the 2024 Japan tour also lists “Daydream” for Gyuri's solo stage, connecting the original release with its subsequent performance history.

Drawn to the cross-dressing role, she initially considered cutting her hair but ultimately used a wig. In an Ilgan Sports interview she explained that Yeo-joo’s disguise is easily exposed, so forcing a masculine voice would feel unrealistic. Her Japanese press appearance also discussed presenting a different side from KARA.

Production material places the first shoot on 25 May 2013 at Jeju’s Yongmeori coast and tea fields. They filmed a trek to discover sites for a travel product and discussed the script and characters with the director between takes. In his released comment, Ji Chang-wook described Gyuri as approachable and the first collaboration as enjoyable.

Production staff identified the 30 January 2016 episode as her first appearance. In her Two Rooms, Two Nights release interview she recalled the unexpected challenge of action in a historical drama as demanding but enjoyable. The role expanded her work from Japanese-language film performance to period costume and physical action.

In her release interview she described studying with a teacher to make Mi-na’s Japanese intonation more natural than her KARA speech. She even limited meetings with friends to avoid switching back to Korean. Initially preoccupied with her own performance, she said a later Busan festival screening helped her see the complete film.

Before theatrical release, the film premiered in Korean Cinema Today at BIFF 2015. Gyuri attended the October 4 outdoor stage greeting. Production and festival premiere date to 2015; the Korean theatrical release was April 14, 2016.

Directed by Cho Sung-kyu; produced in 2016; 103 minutes. The festival hosted its world premiere, and Gyuri attended the opening ceremony.

In her pre-release Xportsnews interview she said Cho invited her back after Two Rooms, Two Nights to reveal another side of her. Having grown up with dogs, she visited cat cafés to learn feline behaviour. She singled out Lee-jung’s reunion with her mother through Nabi’s help as especially memorable and a chance to reconsider mother–daughter relationships.

Before its November 2016 release, the film had its world premiere in Korean Fantastic: Features at the 20th BIFAN. The official archive lists 2016, 103 minutes and World Premiere. Her opening photograph is not used as proof of attendance at screening Q&As.

Returning to Japanese KAMILIA after roughly a year, she discussed film work and volunteering and mentioned the following year’s KAMILIA-club launch event.

An agency-supplied report recorded the KAMILIA-selected club name GRACE, her letter and KAMILIA’s cake-and-flower surprise.

The agency’s post-event report records an approximately 120-minute programme with personal gifts, KAMILIA photographs and a jointly created new profile. She also sang Kiss Shite, Winter Magic and Yuki no Hana, combining conversation with vocal performances.

She also wrote the accompanying messages and translated them into Japanese. After KAMILIA preorders in Korea and Japan, the book was published for the 30 December 2017 Japanese fanmeeting. Further requests from KAMILIA led to general online sales beginning on 9 March 2018.

At the Kyoto appearance on 13 October 2018, she explained that footage she personally shot appears in the finished film. Moving behind the camera made her consider how to bring out her subjects while acting, connecting So-eun’s video-making work with her own practical experience.

The program mixed KARA songs and new music with a Santa appearance, gifts and commemorative photographs, reuniting her with Japanese KAMILIA for another year-end gathering.

The official programme presents her work as an actor, singer and DJ alongside her interest in nature. The festival ran April 1–10. This entry is dated to the ambassador announcement; it does not treat planned opening attendance as confirmed.

RBW JAPAN hosted and planned the event with MC Tomoki Fujiwara. FC presales, general seats and VIP front seating with interaction benefits supported an intimate solo gathering.

Choi Sooyoung hosted the series, with coaches including Jo Kwon, Lee Hyun, and Aiki. Official clips preserve her feedback on trainee performances. It was an ongoing role within a selection and training programme, alongside the work of the other coaches.

The project followed May’s HAPPY GYURI DAY with BIGC MOMENT; a livestream was also announced for KAMILIA abroad.

Alongside the birthday party, the program promised interactive games and questions. VIP benefits included selfies, a handshake, signed posters and special photocards.

Directed by Baek Jae-ho, the work explores coexistence with local cats. A post-screening audience discussion was announced, and Gyuri was listed among the festival’s participating actors.

Big Boss Entertainment and Cheetah Company presented the event with VIP and R seating. Its cozy teddy-bear and string-light artwork evoked an intimate winter evening.

The announced benefits included photo time, signed-poster draws, and VIP two-shot photographs and handshakes. The official club’s post-event message thanked KAMILIA for the sweet time shared by pink-clad Gyuri and GRace.

The festival’s September 15 announcement gives a 19:00 start; OSEN’s report the following day confirms both hosts. This was the eve celebration, a separate event from the festival’s opening ceremony.

All attendees were offered a send-off and signed-poster draws; upgrades included front seating, photocards and a two-shot draw for 50 people per session.

Big Boss Entertainment and Cheetah Company offered VIP and general seating. Photography was restricted to a designated photo segment, and an international sales page was announced to open simultaneously.

At the pre-broadcast press meeting she described the pressure of playing an antagonist in a historical drama with senior actors and the need to prepare movement as well as lines. While watching Dong Yi, she distinguished this version as calm, controlled and sometimes unsettling rather than a bright heroine.

At the 14 February 2014 presentation she acknowledged concern about her acting and said she had prepared humbly. Director Ahn Gil-ho explained that fresh casting would convey the original’s youthful feeling and praised her sensitivity and expression. Her 17 March OST release also gave voice to Ji-hoo’s feelings.

The next-day OSEN review discussed her range of sadness, excitement, playfulness and sobbing, together with her chemistry with Yeon Woo-jin. It also questioned the compressed explanation of the time-travel plot in roughly an hour and highlighted director Kim Kyu-tae’s warm, poignant imagery.

In her pre-release interview she described a natural, minimally embellished approach. About 80% was photographed in Japan and 20% in Korea; the Japanese shoot lasted three nights and four days. The title combines her birthday with the idea of beginning an individual chapter.

The organizer advertised songs, games, talk and a hi-touch for everyone; an agency report also described her brewing coffee for KAMILIA.

In the official Q&A she described five women living together as familiar and welcomed a realistic script without grand birth secrets or a perfect male lead. Although different from Ye-eun personally, she used the idol experience of shaping expressions, speech and movement to be loved as a way into the character.

The announcement offered group photos, voice Christmas cards and handmade-doll draws, plus tea time for four-show attendees; each show had a different card and voice message.

WIDMAY issued the album, with Tower Records Shibuya handling sales. Edition A included the title song's video and making-of DVD; edition B added the Korean version of “Kare to Watashi.” Release events were scheduled in Kawasaki, Tokyo, Aichi, and Osaka from January 12 to 21.

The event report recorded Haruiro and Uchuu-kun, quizzes and karaoke, her hand-brewed coffee giveaway and a special-card handover.

She said Ye-eun’s first-season ending left unfinished feelings and that she agreed to return before reading the sequel script. She singled out the night walk in an orchard with Ho-chang as a path back toward Ye-eun’s original self, understanding recovery as part of the character’s development.

At the 18 October press conference she explained that she had long wanted to try underwater imagery and aimed for photographs with an artistic character. Beige and ivory styling supported a natural palette, and much of the making-of footage was filmed by her.

At the 23 October press conference she said Baek-se felt closer to herself than the stylish Jung Ye-eun. Imagining someone too busy to care about fashion, she reasoned that Baek-se might simply keep an old perm and chose easy everyday clothes. She aimed for the naturalness and cheerfulness of a familiar girl rather than emphasising only the tragic premise.

Osaka offered a hi-touch for all; Tokyo offered a two-shot Polaroid and gift handover. An agency-supplied report confirms both December dates.

A report after the premiere singled out her consoling Mika after a failed audition and lively singing and dancing scenes, noting shifts between tears and humour. The Japanese DVD campaign later released official making-of footage of a scene in which Wi-jin teases Seong-hee, offering a glimpse of on-set discussion about its staging.

Contemporary reporting recorded four original songs, questions, a gesture game, cotton candy, the previous year’s time capsule and a birthday-cake surprise. Tomoki Fujiwara served as MC.

In her Q&A she described learning film photography from scratch, with books and developing equipment supplied by her agency head, also a photographer. She rehearsed English dialogue with recordings made by a fluent friend. As time advances every four episodes, she prepared the transition from student to adult; another interview discussed differentiating ages through hair, clothing and attitude to work.

In her interview she described discussing KAMILIA activities with staff between drama shoots and preparing new-song premieres. The production company also lists the Send to GIFT event.

In a first-hand interview, she explained that rewatching the film Love Letter inspired the title song's lyrics. She also described revising the vocals and production of “다르게 흐른 시간” for the album after presenting an unfinished version at a fan meeting the previous year.

Her video message accompanied the announcement, which framed the Kanagawa and Osaka daytime/evening shows as a summer vacation celebrating her July birthday.

In her Yonhap interview before release, she said Ye-ji was the first role she prepared independently rather than scene by scene with an acting coach. She played a level-headed partner to Ho-du’s colourful comedy and grounded the film’s serious later message. BIFAN recognised her with an acting jury special mention.

The film had its world premiere in Korean Fantastic: Competition at the 25th BIFAN in 2021, before Korean theatrical release. The festival lists 83 minutes. Seungyeon’s acting special mention, Kim Hyun-mok’s acting award and the film’s Nonghyup distribution award have different recipients.

A production project intended for the first olleh–Lotte Smartphone Film Festival, filmed in Pyeongchang, Gangwon-do on January 3–4 and introduced on the programme.

In comments released by the film team before opening, Nicole said she had been very nervous about her first film shoot. She thanked Kim In-kwon for teaching her even small hand movements, describing practical guidance behind her brief appearance.

Limited edition A added a DVD of the individual videos, including Lost, and their making-of film, plus a 28-page photo book. This was an individual song released under KARA’s name, preceding the separate Korean solo debut EP First Romance in 2014.

Kim Boa of SPICA featured on Innocent?, Dongwoo of INFINITE on 7-2=오해, and Ricky on Joker; LOVE was also included. Different guest voices complemented Nicole’s lead performances across the EP.

BS Japan aired it in Korean with Japanese subtitles in its late-night January 2, 2015 anthology marathon; this date refers to that Japanese broadcast. Each KARA member led a different love story rather than sharing one role.

The distributor’s description credits Nicole with helping select songs and shape video concepts. The standard CD added MAMA -Japanese Ver.- as a bonus track. The CD arrived on April 27, 2016; Victor’s current November 1, 2017 listing refers to the digital edition.

The title bliss expressed Nicole’s wish for KAMILIA to feel happy watching her stage. The published report listed 16 numbers, with Ms.OOJA’s “Be...” in the daytime and Mika Nakashima’s “GLAMOROUS SKY” at night. Games and a Q&A accompanied the music, followed by “DON’T STOP” in the encore.

The December 23 Tokyo report records a Santa-costume question segment, a Japanese lip-reading game and her first DJ NICOLE appearance. A “My Grown Up Christmas List” cover joined singing, games and DJ performance in one programme.

The two-day shoot moved from a studio to Odaiba and Shimokitazawa. Her favourite flower-bath image became the cover, and she tried the pink hair she had long wanted. She explained hana as both flowers and the Korean word for “one,” fitting a first photobook.

Speaking onstage, Nicole said she chose a ballad for “Promise” because she wanted listeners to hear her growth during the three-year interval. She also described doubts during dance preparation and her hope that this concert would be a new beginning. After a shared singalong to “Happy,” the show closed with everyday footage she had filmed and edited herself.

Near the end, Nicole moved from her own DJ set into the premiere of the English-language EDM track “Champions,” ahead of its 25 September release. She explained that she had wanted to try a song in this style at least once. Its message encouraged listeners to see themselves and one another as champions even during difficult times.

The Yokohama shows were also offered through mahocast livestreams and archives, with digital scene photographs for each session. Tickets for the postponed 2020 Tokyo and Osaka shows could be used for the corresponding sessions in Yokohama and Osaka in 2022, carrying the planned reunion forward after the delay.

Composers were STEVEN LEE, Sebastian Thott, Andreas Stone Johansson and Evelina Carlsson. The release paired the vocal track with its instrumental. Her Japanese site dates the limited CD to December 26, distinct from the July Korean digital release.

The announced package included light refreshments and a bottle of wine or champagne selected by Nicole. Booking opened in December 2022 for a January gathering celebrating the new year with members of her fanclub.

The CD contained Selfish and its instrumental. Limited A added videos for Mysterious and YOU.F.O, while B included a 24-page booklet. The Korean-song videos placed her recent solo work alongside the new Japanese track.

Tokyo reporting records the new song, audience questions, a “Happy” encore and call-and-response. The official announcement included a post-show send-off; this was a standalone fanmeeting separate from the single’s promotional events.

The final Tokyo day’s afternoon show opened with “Mysterious” and “Fantasy,” alongside a cover of Ms.OOJA’s “Be...,” questions and games. Nicole performed “Gravity” before its December release. She said choosing songs KAMILIA wanted had produced a dance-heavy programme, prompting stamina training with her dancers; “YOU.F.O” and “Happy” followed in the encore.

All three CD editions contained the two songs and both instrumentals. Limited A included Gravity and Selfish videos, while B provided a 24-page booklet. The package revisited the spring single through a remix and video alongside the new year-end release.

The streaming credits name CHANCELLOR, Knave and Tayor as composers, with CHANCELLOR and Tayor arranging; SWRY also contributed lyrics. The agency announcement highlighted a retro sound, while the title prominently used a dance count.

Its key visual states both venues, dates and session times. Huckleberry promoted and planned the event; Bashit Entertainment produced it, with JWK ENTERTAINMENT and Dreamusic cooperating.

The announced location was Wuxi, China, at an undisclosed venue.

Season one ended on December 24, 2010. KBS reported that current and former members jointly raised support for a former village head who had lost his home in a fire. The regular programme involved sustained contact with local residents beyond stage performances.

At the production press conference on 17 May 2011, Hara described Da-hye as lively and mischievous and said being able to draw on her own cheerful side was reassuring. She acknowledged the pressure of acting and hoped to improve through criticism. Alongside the screen role, she also sang an acoustic track for the drama’s soundtrack in July.

The audio runs 3:47 and Bugs also lists a related video. Identified as the Sweet Acoustic version, it documents solo singing before the first solo EP ALOHARA in 2015. The soundtrack’s July 27 release is distinct from the month the drama began airing.

Limited A added Hara’s Secret Love video, a DVD with behind-the-scenes material for the videos, and a photo book. This Japanese-language solo project remains part of KARA’s catalogue, preceding her later Korean solo EP ALOHARA.

In her published filming comments, Hara said finding the right tone in Japanese was difficult even with short lines, and expressed a wish to act in another Japanese drama. She also exchanged Korean greetings with co-star Yuriko Yoshitaka. Under the name HARA+, she sang the theme for the Korean broadcast of the same series, contributing through both acting and music.

The 15-track album also included Korean tracks by GYURI⁺ and Chinese tracks by A-Lin⁺. The limited DVD contained HARA⁺’s video. This was an individual contribution within Fukuyama’s multilingual, multi-singer collection rather than a theme performed by all of KARA.

The CAT and LIP sections run in opposite directions, and the cover incorporates nail stickers made with Shogo Sekine. Takarajimasha released a Japanese translation preserving the original design on 10 December 2015; a commemorative signing was announced for 9 January 2016 at Yaesu Book Center, Tokyo.

Youngji featured on 어때? and Matthew on La La La; 하라구 and Rainy Day completed the songs. The title track’s instrumental brought the total to six. Park Woo-sang, e.one and EJ Show were among the participating writers, joining several guests around Hara’s lead performances.

Coverage after the first release highlighted her understated makeup, relaxed character and calm narration, distinct from her glamorous singer image. Yoon-jae observes the world through characters in her own writing and notices small details about the café’s customers. The Lee Hyun-ha-directed project slowly develops the production team’s intended story of young people understanding one another’s secrets and wounds.

The agency-supplied report records cupcake decoration, audience questions, “Yuki no Hana” and a letter written in Japanese. Hara also personally handed chocolates to departing KAMILIA.

The production team Cadence created the song around her vocal contribution to the drama. The licensed catalogue dates part eight to January 23 and the multi-artist soundtrack collection to January 30, distinguishing her track’s earlier release from the collected edition.

A press conference and ambassador appointment took place at the Seoul Press Center on July 24. She also attended the festival’s opening ceremony in August.

The show report records a personal update, a photo with Nicole and Jiyoung, a KARA medley, audience activities and a Santa outfit. The official announcement also offered a gift handover, handshake send-off and fanclub photo opportunity.

This Hello was Hara’s Japanese solo recording released in 2019. KARA’s 2024 group version combined her earlier Korean recording with the other five singers, connecting to the same song but using a different vocal lineup. She also toured Japan’s Zepp venues with the new release in November 2019.

In an interview conducted in November 2019, she discussed taking part from planning to choosing clothes and showing a less embellished self. The book also includes her Seoul guide, personal style, makeup and a long interview. Published posthumously, it preserves photographs and an interview made during her lifetime.

The opening concert of the first Asian tour combines group songs with individual solo stages. Live Viewing Japan distributed its theatrical release from July 13, 2013. It documents Jiyoung’s stage work as a KARA member before her Japanese acting filmography.

After beginning Japanese acting activities in August 2014, she joined this October–December manga adaptation. Alongside Mirei Kiritani as Ritsuko Takahashi and Mocomichi Hayami as Kyosuke Tamamo, her Yukime forms part of the ensemble around the supernatural schoolteacher.

She used the manga and anime to develop Yukime’s affection and jealousy toward Nueno. For the freezing effects, she acted while imagining CG that would be added later; watching the broadcast let her see those gestures finally become the snow spirit’s powers.

On a stage decorated with 523 sunflowers, Conan and Kid competed over invitations to view cherry blossoms. Jiyoung spoke of her delight at joining the film and took part with Eikura in a playful kiss for Conan. The theatrical release followed on April 18.

HAL COMMUNICATION INC. handled planning and production. Jiyoung also shared a photograph of herself at the venue on Instagram, reproduced by Kstyle at the time. The venue name and door/start times remain unconfirmed, but the record preserves an early encounter with her official Japanese fan club.

Erika is a university student who swaps bodies with her politician father, Shiro Kuramoto (Masao Kusakari). The revelation at the end of episode three adds a father’s interior life to her young appearance, creating another parent-child swap alongside the prime minister and his son.

She asked her father how he would behave after swapping bodies with her and observed men’s postures. Chin-rubbing, weight shifted onto one leg and Kusakari’s distinctive vocal mannerisms became tools for portraying a politician inside Erika’s young body.

Tailcoat-inspired outfits echoed a cabinet ceremony. The cast also performed the ending dance while waving red towels; the television premiere followed on July 24.

Jiyoung contributed to styling, editing and design and discussed fashion, beauty and favorite works in her own words. At the August 29 launch, she reflected on a year of drama and film work, her search for an individual acting style and a wish to try musicals someday.

In an interview published on release day, she described bringing out more of Irina’s humor and warmth within the more serious sequel, including her growth into a teacher who cares for the students. On TOKYO FM she also recalled Kippei Shiina helping with Japanese and easing the atmosphere with jokes.
